I have 1 mostly Yellow Female, Semi tame, occasionally nips@ 8 months old I have 3 blue Females 8 Months old, They know every which way to Sunday how to bite. They even have several different types of bite including the ( Big Chomp ), ( Nippy bite ) and the Wiggle Bite where they bite, hold on and wiggle their beaks for maximum pain distribution. All can be tame, they only bite when picked up, The males and yellow female can be handled and do not bite. I would prefer if you adopt one that you have one already, they do good in pairs.
