Rehoming our cat Purrl

We are looking for a loving home for our beautiful cat Purrl. Age: about 4 years She loves to sleep, look out the window, and gets random bursts of energy which are entertaining. She was taken from her mom too early so she “nurses” by suckling on a blanket or a willing human’s shirt. Reason: We need extra income and are going to move in the basement to Airbnb out the top of our home. Unfortunately it will not be a good fit to have a pet as we would not be able to leave them in the home while we have guests staying. She has not been around other cats so I’m unsure how she would respond. She has been around dogs who were excited to try to play with her and she did not love that. It would depend on the personality of the dog. She is a typical cat and loving on her terms. She is pretty independent, but is always sure to greet you when you come home and comes around when people are over. She is snuggly but also gets stimulated easy so she will let you know when she does not want to be petted. She has been around small children and i think she would do best in a home without small children. We are hoping to find a loving home for her and will ask for a $15 rehoming fee.
