We are currently seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to lead a small crew of janitors performing services in the evening at our federal customer’s location. The primary purpose of this role is to manage and develop employees, and ensure work is being accomplished in accordance with contract scope of work and specifications. This is a working supervisor position that involves assisting the crew with janitorial tasks as needed. This role is also responsible for the development and implementation of quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance with contract specifications, applicable regulations, and Organizational policy. Supervising a field-based operation, the person in this role is a liaison between the customer, crew and HSI/WARC department leaders. Our ideal candidate has a high level of interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations respectfully and effectively, and represent the Organization in a positive, professional manner. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision is also essential to success in this role. The schedule for this position is Monday – Friday, from 2:30pm-8:30pm.
