Need expert electrical auto mechanic

I have a 2005 Cadallic XLR. Massey Cadallic had it for over 2 years in the mechainic service bay and could not get it running. They said it needs a new wiring harness and GM doesn’t make them and no 3rd party auto parts company does either. I need someone that actually know what they are doing. I need an actual mechanic, not just a parts replacer, which is all they have there. An auto mechanic who specializes in electrical. Car only has 83,000 miles on it.
