Handyman Wanted - Turn Apartment

I am looking for a handyman (or crew) to renovate both sides of duplex rental I own in Tampa. Each side is 900sqft 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom. Both sides are vacant. Both sides of the duplex need the following: 1) Paint the interior (Repair and texture some walls as needed) (Estimate: 2 days) 2) Install vinyl plank floors throughout the house (including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen) (Estimate: 2 days) 3) Install new Home Depot kitchen cabinets (I'll have granite installed from outside company) (Estimate: 1 day) 4) Install tile backsplash & Install appliances (Estimate: 1 day) 5) Install new doors, lights, and fans throughout (Estimate: 2 days) 6) Install new toilet, 30" vanity and mirror in bathroom (Estimate 1 day) 7) Install new baseboard throughout (Estimate 1 day) 8) Misc touchup and cleanup (Estimate 1 day) ---------------------------------------------------------------- ** Please reply with a rough estimate (labor only) based on 11 days of work per side. or 5.5 days per side for two man crew** ---------------------------------------------------------------- I understand you will need to see the inside of the duplex before you can give me an exact price. However, I expect many responses to this posting and cannot show the duplex 50 times to get bids.... I already ripped out old cabinets, vanities, and flooring. You can leave the garbage and debris behind the building. I can pay daily or weekly. I have several other rental properties that are about to become vacant and will need to be turned in Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, and New Port Richey. I would like to have both units completed by November 30th.
