This growing business is looking for a creative person with an intermediate amount of welding experience (MIG and or TIG) for the fabrication of various stands that relate to our glass sculptures. Working in a department as part of a larger team of glassblowers, fabricators, and woodworkers, this newly created full time paid position with benefits would be responsible for making custom metal stands for glass components. Attention to detail, creative problem solving, and work ethic are all major traits we are looking for, as well as the ability to work well with others. While parts of the duties required are a standard way of operating for this position, there will be new projects that allow you to apply your own creative take on completing the given task. Therefore, we are looking for someone that can be trained, as well as be open to new growth and problem solving.
