SCHEDULE: Minimum - 5 days/week 35/hours week Reporting to the Working Superintendent, and under general direction, the Porter is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment buildings and grounds area. Handyman should have light knowledge and light experience with painting/ sheetrock. Also light experience with changing outlets Light experience with changing faucets. Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED - Will have to take a 9 panel drug test - Will have to pass through a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge maintenance a plus
