This class is open to all experience levels. The class focuses on practicing Mindfulness in order to calm the mind, find inner peace, and improve mental clarity. You'll first be guided through how to prepare your mind and body to meditate, then be gently led through a guided meditation. Each class will offer a different type of meditation from Body Scan, to Progressive Relaxation, to Deep Breathing. You've trained your body...now it's time to train your MIND. Enjoy the countless benefits of meditation and mindfulness in this short 30 minute class.
