Join us for a very special beer and cheese pairing at Bruz Beers (Midtown) on Tuesday, November 23rd at 6:00 PM. Bruz Beers and Truffle Cheese will bring you an evening of amazing pairings of the finest beers and cheese. The pairing will include a pre chosen flight of four 4 oz Bruz beers paired with 4 different, carefully chosen cheeses with a cured meat and accoutrements. Sam from Truffle Cheese Shop and Charlie from Bruz Beers will walk you through each pairing and discuss flavor profiles while you taste. In addition to the pairing, Truffle Cheese will be bringing a variety of different cheeses and meats along with other charcuterie treats just in time for your Thanksgiving spread!
