Phil Mastroianni Corp is searching for a Site Supervisor to add to our Landscape Construction Division. Our company focuses on high-end residential and institutional projects in Greater Boston and Cape Cod. We are a family owned business that seeks to provide an enjoyable, professional work environment. As a Project Supervisor, the core responsibility is to oversee the landscape construction projects and the site work/masonry/planting crews onsite. Qualified applicants will possess the following: Comprehensive knowledge of the landscape industry Supervise field crews and use of machinery/equipment Direct field crews and allocate general/daily responsibilities Hoisting License and continuing education/OSHA certification. In relation to industry specific job knowledge: Knowledge of all aspects of Landscape Construction from surface drainage infrastructure, masonry, planting, lighting, and irrigation. Leadership, organizational and problem solving skills Basic level of horticultural knowledge (minimum requirement) Salary is very competitive, based on experience.
