Description

The Custodial staff is under the direct supervision of the Superintendent. He/she is responsible for keeping exterior, common areas, vacant units and sidewalks and alleys of the property in a clean and safe manner. 1. Vacuums carpets 2. washes windows 3. keeps sidewalks clear (i.e. sweep or shovel) 4. Sweeps and mops all tile floors 5. Picks up trash 6. Empties and sanitizes trash cans 7. Cleans appliances 8. Checks for lint in washers and dryers 9. Assists in the inventory control and security of all janitorial equipment and supplies 10. Assists in all aspects of the property as directed by the Superintendent. REQUIREMENTS: 1) Must have a high school Diploma or equivalent; 2) Must have janitorial experience; 3) Must be willing to work with a wide variety of people; 4) Must have good safety habits.
