A wine pairing event featuring uncommon Italian wines to enhance regional specialties, all with our typical 1915 twists. We will kick off this event with a twist on a typical Italian apertivo paired with a spectacular aged cheese from the Veneto before weaving our way through Campagnia, Le Marche, Lombardy and the Piedmont. At each stop we will taste a regional wine paired with our 1915 twist on a regional classic.
