Why are you not allowed to talk about Egypt?

I want a legit reason, like a quote from the ToS, that says, "You cannot talk about Egypt" on Craigslist. But no, you take note of this thread. And you will see it vanish. And no explaination will be given. Even though this post is just a legit question.
