Palm Beach Management company, located on Palm Beach Island is looking for a few Maintenance Techs with some or all knowledge in the following fields, but are willing to train the right candidate: • Plumbing • Carpentry • Painting • Janitorial Someone who is able to follow work order instruction and completing the tasks in a timely manner. Able to be willing to stay extra hours (if necessary) to finish and or if emergencies arise. WORK OBJECTIVE: Perform intermediate-level technical work in maintenance and repair areas, depending on the assigned department of function. The position is responsible for ensuring safe and proper operating conditions thru the application of all the diverse trade skills. Work is performed under the general supervision with limited latitude. The position also exercises some judgement in accordance with the well-defined policies, procedures & techniques. Requirements: • Apartment Service Request Experience preferred, but not required • Must have own transportation. • Must be available for flexible schedule to include emergency on-call rotation • Complete work orders as assigned • Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly • Provide excellent customer service to residents • Can operate vehicles, (golf carts) and equipment as appropriate to the assignment • Perform inspections and tests tasks as part of a regular preventive maintenance to ensure safe and proper operating conditions • Can work independently or as part of a team project effort, depending on the assigned project • Responds to emergency call-ins for hurricane and or other critical events
