Rehoming Rats and Guinea Pigs

I'm rehoming 5 female rats and 4 male guinea pigs. Must go to an experienced home that understands the amount of work that goes into their everyday care. I'm willing to separate the rats in groups of 3 and 2, since two are more bonded with each other and the other 3 always stick together. The guinea pigs must go together and will come with a TEMPORARY cage that includes a connecting pen. they 100% need something larger or be allowed a large roaming space for a majority of the day. I will not be including the rat's cage so please be prepared with a proper large multi-level habitat. These animals are highly intelligent and require a dedicated, loving owner.
