Come unwine Shop, Paint and try one of my delicious Protein shakes! Health is wealth! Come start your journey with me and have some fun. Come shop and network with local black small businesses in the Louisville area. This is a networking social! There will be a mini cardio workout for the first hour, only 15 min just enough before the sweat starts falling. Within that hour there will be some nutrition talk, special guests and a small meal replacement shake. Be sure to sign up upon arrival. Make sure you leave room cause there will be a buffet and some treats! Right after the Body, Mind and Soul session, the painting will begin follow by more delicious Treats. In the same space I will have a massage therapist on hand giving 10min massages. Signing up upon arrival is highly recommended! There will be a 360 photo booth to capture all the fun!
