Los Angeles Equity Fund is a City of Los Angeles citizens’ ballot initiative to modify the cannabis tax rate & reallocate cannabis revenues to a designated Community Reinvestment Fund, instead of the City’s General Fund. It will appear as a “special tax” on the November 8, 2022 general election ballot.
