Need advice about an Audi TT — too rusty?

Hello, I am considering buying this Audi TT as seen in the pictures. The seller is in southern New Hampshire and bought the car for 7K from his uncle 1 year ago, who was the original buyer who lived in MA. He is selling because he's moving to Florida and can't put the dog in the car and drive it down. The ad says: "This car is very clean, new timing belt in August, very well maintained, interior is immaculate. This car is not driven every day and is not a daily driver. Binder has been kept with records of all maintenance with the receipts. It would be very hard to find another Audi TT as clean as this." He also said: "Nope all have been done by an import auto repair shop. Timing belt done in June. I have a binder with all the maintenance done to the car. Up to you. Car is in great shape. If I didn’t have to drive me and my dog to my house in Florida I would keep it. I just had a 5 point safety inspection done on the care in September and passed with no issues." I got him to agree to 6500. I took these pictures of the underside of the car, and I am curious what people's opinions are about this car. Interior everything works, car drove very well as far as I could tell, he took me on a test drive, no weird knocking or sounds, could hear the turbo spooling up, etc. Rust is a fact of life in the northeast, but certain amounts are acceptable and too much is a headache waiting to happen, not a car. I only plan to own this car for 2-3 years, when we have a kid I'll get something more practical. I'm buying this car for fun and to learn how to drive manual, I currently don't know how. What do you think? From this visual inspection can you tell what might need to be replaced soon or is clearly in bad shape? Bonus points if you know a great Audi place in Boston, or if you're an Audi mechanic and would be interested in coming over to give it some love at some point at my place in Melrose.
