I have a first floor bedroom window with a broken sash. Top sash will not stay in place and drops down on it's own, currently keeping it propped up with a piece of wood. I think this is a broken counterweight but I have no experience opening up and reparing windows. If you can handle this please send me a quote, will pay cash. Email only for now. Looking to get this fixed ASAP.
