Rehoming puppy

Due to a recent life change, I am having to rehome my 7 month old puppy. He is such a sweet and cuddly dog but I do not have the time that he deserves. The shelter I got him from said he is a mix of an Australian Shepherd and Dachshund. He is a small to medium dog and probably weighs less than 20 pounds. He is neutered and we have been working on potty training and crate training and he is doing really well. He is a complete cuddle bug and loves everyone he meets. I can give you his crate, the rest of his food, toys, and leash/harness. I really want to find him a good home that will love and care for him as much as I do. I am asking for a $150 rehoming fee to ensure that he goes to a good home.
