Need exterior light bulbs replaced

I have 10 or so flood light (br30) bulbs I need changed on the exterior of my house. About 16' to 20' up. I purchased a telescoping tool but it doesn't adhere to the bulbs well enough to allow me to unscrew or install the new bulbs so this will likely need someone with a long enough ladder to change by hand. I am in sequim so please only respond if you are willing to come to sequim. You can text me if you are able to. I am up a bit of a hill so please have a car/truck that can make it up a hill.
