A dynamic healing event woven through the sacred arts of Storytelling, Conscious movement, Biodynamic Breathwork, Sound Healing & Cacao. A Mystical and Helaing evening event with Caoco, Storytelling, Movement, and Sound to open and release deep layers of tension stored in the body from stress, injury, or trauma creating healing and spaciousness. When done together in a community - we create a wave of healing. Saturday, December 4th 6-9PM - Santa Cruz Yoga The Story of Inspiration begins when you are transported into a landscape of your imagination thru the Masterful Storytelling of Sirena Andrea. From this space, you'll venture into movement allowing the body to express the stories of your being with light guidance and a woven soundtrack to unwind and relax. You will land in a guided empowering breath session, lead by the Founder and Creator of BioDynamic Breathwork - Giten Tonkov, who brings two decades of experience with his world-renowned modality and sound healing. COVID PRECAUTIONS We are committed to supporting the health and well-being of all participants and staff during this event. The Santa Cruz County Covid-19 health guidelines most recently dropped the recommendation to wear masks indoors, however, anyone wanting/needing to wear a mask will be completely respected. Breathwork can be challenging with a mask so for those of you who feel safe to attend without a mask we have some guidelines to create as much safety as possible: - DO NOT attend if you or someone close to you has cold or flu symptoms. - Participants are asked to take a Rapid Test at least 24 hours before attending . - Vaccinated people please provide proof, no Rapid Test required. Upon signing in at the event you'll be asked to share verbally the negative results of your Rapid Test or that you've been Vaccinated.
