Ananta USA specializes in Industrial Maintenance in the food processing sector. Under the direct supervision of the Chief Technical Officer, plan, lay-out and perform a wide range of Industrial Maintenance and Production Operations for the Food Processing Industry. Bilingual English-Spanish is a requisite. Essential Duties: • Dimensional control and Structures • Perform Quality Control for mechanics and machinists • Work to improve the production processes through continuous improvement • Improve the reliability and performance of the operating systems • Lead root cause problem solving efforts • This engineer will be on the warehouse floor resolving issues with the material handling equipment and tools, as well as hardware and software • Engineer will travel to customer sites during various phases of projects to learn production lines and behavior of equipment as well as to participate in installations and start-up of equipment. • Implement and manage engineering in an industrial maintenance shop • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment • Other job related duties as requested Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (or close to completion). Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics is recommended. • Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD or Inventor • Willingness to learn processes and innovative technologies • Knowledge of electrical and/or automation systems is a plus • Must have exceptional organization and planning skills • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner. • Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision. • Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint • Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence.''
