We are a top commercial real estate firm in Lincoln, NE in search of a new maintenance technician. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an efficient and natural problem solver. Applicant must have proficiency in various skills including but not limited to: - Basic Repairs - Light Construction - Signage Installation - Emergency Maintenance Response - Grounds Maintenance - Light & Ballast Installation - Basic Painting Skills - Simple Carpentry - Small Area Drywall Repair Experience: - 2 years in construction, maintenance or related/relevant field - Valid drivers license This is a full-time position which includes being on-call for any emergency maintenance requests (which may occur on weekends or after hours).
