Join this cocktail class to discover how to create unique cocktails using a local first philosophy. A great cocktail is made with quality ingredients and a whimsy of artistry. Join us as Arizona Wilderness's DTPHX Cocktail Program Lead Caleb West and Jax Donahue of Barter & Shake share their experience creating unique cocktails using a seasonal first philosophy. You'll learn how to identify the best flavor pairings, ingredients, and the alchemy that goes into making beverages. You'll discover how to craft two featured cocktails using local ingredients curated from the duo and utilizing Whiskey Del Bac. You may even get the chance to make a beverage yourself Seating is limited so get your tickets before they're gone. All attendees must be 21+. Please arrive approximately 5 minutes prior to your tour start time for check in.  A few things to remember: During warmer/colder months it can get quite hot/cold in the distillery, so please dress accordingly! Close-toed shoes are recommended. We have two distillery cats, Masher and Two-Row. They’re very friendly, but please be wary of this if you cannot tolerate cats.
