We are looking for quotes and work for 4 projects in Longview, Texas. 1. At 428 S. Fredonia we want to repair and re-shingle the roof for the front duplex. 2. At 428 S. Fredonia we want to repair and re-shingle the roof for the back 4-plex. 3. At 402 Davis St. # 2 we have a burned half of a duplex. We are looking to have a firewall installed between the two halves of the duplex. We want the floor repaired and the unit framed out. We want new windows and the building painted. Also need the roof repaired and re-shingled. Salvage what you can, replace what you must per the city code. The burned side will just be a shell. No wiring or plumbing. From the outside it will look like a duplex but empty in the inside. 4. At 402 Davis St. #6 we have an empty unit that we need to get move-in ready. We are looking for quotes.
