YESCO is a national sign and lighting service that has been in business since 1920. Come and join our team as YESCO Greenville brings their industry leading sign and service model to the Greenville market. We are looking for night patrol specialists to document and catalog sign+lighting outages for existing and potential clients. NOTE: This position requires a valid drivers license, smartphone with a data plan capable of running the Servizio Patrol application and dependable vehicle to use for patrolling. Night Patrol Specialist GENERAL PURPOSE Drives truck or automobile over specified geographic areas to locate and report sign and lighting outages and sign service issues by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio handheld, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for sign and lighting outages and service opportunities • Maintains constant surveillance from vehicle to identify additional sign and lighting outages and sign service issues • Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, address. • Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor. • Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS Interacts regularly with supervisor, service, and sales employees in the field and in the office to discuss observations of possible sales/service leads and/or service issues TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
