Join Mindscape Meditation for a yoga and meditation session surrounded by nature in David T Kennedy Park every Wednesday at 5:30pm. It's a one hour session: 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of guided meditation. Come out and relax your body and mind while practicing 6 ft of social distance. Thee's plenty of space at the park. If you are more comfortable at home, no problem! The session will be available on zoom, as well. To receive the zoom link you must register through Eventbrite or CashAPP $MindscapeMeditation.
