Press release from the Town of North Andover: November 3, 2021 November 1st, November 8th and November 15th Please have all bagged leaves (leaves only please) curbside at the beginning of those weeks as collection does not follow the trash/recycle schedule. Leaves must be IN biodegradable paper bags ONLY. If you have a 2021 Cyr Sticker for your vehicle, the CYR Center on Sharpners Pond RD remains open for dropping off yard waste during regular site hours:   8:00 am to 2:45 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays ONLY except Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 25th) Please call the DPW with questions, 978-685-0950 option 2 Click here to view the 2021 Curbside Leaf Pick Up Flyer.
