The focus is on career, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development. Dr. Blue’s education includes a Doctorate of Management and Organizational Development in Higher Education Organizations; Colorado Technical University. We will use transformational speaking engagements, team building activities, workshops, professional development, student assemblies, and bi-monthly lunch and learn occasions to discuss current topics that are connected to career, education, entrepreneurship, and personal development. These services will help develop personal and organizational plans through mentorship. These plans are designed to increase student retention rates and decrease student dropout rates in underprivileged and underrepresented populations.
