Press release from the Levittown Public Schools: November 04, 2021 The students in the lower grades had the chance to hear the story Room On the Broom by Julia Donaldson to practice their sequencing skills. Students in the upper grades practiced sequencing with a Chromebook activity. They had to arrange pictures in order and use sentences to explain. Some of the upcoming skills that will be reviewed in literacy are: compare/contrast, inferencing and using context clues.
