Maintenance person needed for a mobile home park.
Duties:
Maintain the park buildings and amenity areas.
Communicate and schedule with On-site manager over projects
Monitor Pool and Spa
Deliver notices
Emergency repairs
Equipment Maintenance
Requirements:
Basic plumbing/electrical/construction knowledge
Self-starter
Pool chemistry knowledge a plus
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation
Fluent in English
