We are Hiring Helpers and Team Leads for a Local Moving Company 🚛 HELPERS and TEAM LEADS WANTED for Local Moving Company 🚛 Compensation: Helpers starting wage is $17-$19/hour, plus tips. Team Leads starting wage is $20-$22/hour, plus tips. Tips are average of $4-$6/hour. Employment type: Full-time work. Part-time also available. Benefits: Sick leave ABOUT US: Santa Cruz Movers is a local moving company, with a professional and friendly work culture. WHO WE WANT: We are looking for team players who are also GREAT with customers, representing our company with friendliness and professionalism. One must be honest, responsible, friendly, enjoy physical work and take pride in doing a good job. The job varies from short days to long days, which averages out to full time. HELPER REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift, carry, load, unload and stack furniture 50- 70 lbs. Enjoy physical work. Great teamwork skills. Available on weekends and weekdays. Reliable transportation & phone. Positive attitude and work well with a team. Represent the company by delivering 5-star customer service. Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus! TEAM LEAD REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 years experience supervising a moving crew or transferable skills. Experience driving a truck. Valid driver's license. Able to lift, carry, load, unload and stack furniture 50- 70 lbs. Enjoy physical work. Great teamwork skills. Available on weekends and weekdays. Reliable transportation & phone.
