Supraclean is a small family owned and operated company located in Willow Glen. We provide high quality water, mold, fire and smoke damage services to San Jose and surrounding areas. The Position: We are looking for someone who can work independently. Drive around a company vehicle. Maintain van and equipment. Enjoys what they do and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. Has the skills to match their positive attitude. Below are preferred requirements needed to be successful in this position. Perform field restoration activities including equipment and containment setup, demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, mold cleaning, crawlspace cleanup. WE DO NOT DO RECONSTRUCTION. Able to work 8+ hours a day as needed per job. Monday-Friday. Interaction with homeowners, insurance adjusters or other individuals while carrying out job responsibilities should be conducted in a courteous and professional manner. Taking moisture readings at each monitor, taking and uploading photos, readings, and notes (filling out the necessary paperwork for our in house estimator to build estimates. IICRC Certified a Plus but not required MUST HAVE A VALID CA DRIVERS LICENSE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF THERE ARE ANY DRIVING RESTRICTIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Clean background checks. Must be Drug free Due to client interaction, we require neat & tidy grooming. Shirt tucked in etc. EXPERIENCE IN THE RESTORATION, JANITORIAL, CARPET CLEANING OR CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS A PLUS.
