SPRING, TX — A 6-year-old in Spring ISD received a hickey in a bullying incident, the mother told FOX 26 Houston. The mother told the station her daughter has been bullied for months, even coming home with a knot on her head once. The mother filed a police report with Spring ISD police, who she said told her the hickey rose above typical bullying to "sexual assault," according to the FOX 26 report.
