Luxury oceanfront condominium is seeking a full-time maintenance person. Ideal applicant needs practical experience and ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance of the buildings and equipment. General knowledge of carpentry, painting, flooring, irrigation, electrical, plumbing, mechanical or in high-end hospitality work environment is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate! Requirements: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly; perform daily job duties as well as requested work orders as scheduled; easily understand and respond to instructions and requests in English; and have a neat and clean appearance.
