Press release from Western Kentucky University: November 3, 2021 On Thursday, November 4th, BGMU will close one lane of E. 12th Avenue between High Street and Park Street. The lane heading from Hwy 31-W Bypass to downtown area will be closed all day beginning at 8AM as crews replace a water line. Detours will be in place utilizing High Street, E. 11th Avenue and Park Street during the closure. All project schedules are weather dependent and are subject to change.
