All Positions will Report to Owner Position Summary: Looking for a full-time employee who wants to work 40 plus hours per week leading a landscape construction crew. 3-year minimum landscaping experience required, in lead/foreman position. Benefits: -Paid holidays -Paid vacation -401(k) plan -Profit Sharing Requirements: -Must be able to lead a landscape construction crew. -Available to work Monday-Friday and possibly some Saturdays. -Must be able to read landscape plans and take a job from start to finish. -Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and able to drive a company vehicle. -Must be able to pass a drug test, including marijuana. -Able to conform to work dress code. -Ability to work in all weather conditions. -Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. frequently. -Full range of motion (bend, squat, stoop, kneel, etc.). -Carry out horticultural and safety practices consistent with company policies. -Full knowledge of how to lay out jobs, follow the plans, layout and install irrigation systems, work with the customer on changes as they arise, direct employees on and off site, give final instructions to customer at completion of project for maintenance, etc. -Must have experience in concrete, digging, planting, installing pavers, walkways, patios, irrigation, etc. -Full knowledge of garden equipment: mowers, blowers, weed-eaters, edger, hedge trimmers, mini skid steer, bobcat, trencher, etc. -Must be able to conform with all directives, policies, procedures, and guidelines. -Perform daily crew and vehicle inspections. -Complete daily field sheets correctly and efficiently. English and Spanish speaking preferred. Compensation: Based on experience, production, and skill set. Questions?
