Looking for practice space

I am looking for a small practice space. I play standup bass and where I am staying doesn't work well for practicing. I only need enough space for the bass a small amp and a music stand for a couple hours a day four or five days a week. I am very flexible about time. I would be willing to barter for maintenance, cleaning,upkeep ect.
