EDINA, MN — Though a quick look around would indicate that fall is in full swing in Edina, winter parking rules are already in place. City ordinances ban residents from parking on Edina streets from 1-6 a.m. every morning from Nov. 1 until April 1. Vehicles must remain off city streets until they are fully plowed. Vehicles that violate Edina ordinances can be ticketed or towed and impounded, with the owner responsible for paying all fees.
