Press release from the City Of Davis: November 03, 2021 9:18 am Pavement Improvement Update 11.3.21 The City is winding up pavement projects for this year, but please note there are a few areas getting "finishing touches" at: •Covell Blvd and F Street – active road striping in progress 113 to F; please watch for flaggers; raising utilities with lane closures •Covell Blvd Bike Path (north side of street) - tree trimming and bike path rehab – starts this week . Pedestrians and cyclists can use the off-street bike path on the south side of Covell or Alvarado Ave. •5th Street Bike Path Slurry Seal (south side of street), Friday, Nov. 5  •5th Street – raising utilities requiring lane shifts; L Street light on flash; finishing driveway work at DMV and 5th & L gas station in early morning this week •Microsurfacing pavement at 6th & F, Rockwell Dr and 2nd Street this Friday, Nov. 5  Work schedule is subject to change due to weather.
