WEST VILLAGE, NY — A new clothing boutique opened Thursday in the West Village, but you only have a month and a half to check it out.
Serino, a New York City-based brand that strives to create "exceptional without excess" clothing, is now open until Dec. 15 in the neighborhood at 330A Bleecker Street.
The temporary outpost offers clothing options for men and women, including shirts, dresses, blazers, joggers, and more.

"We believe in a world where fewer, better-made products hold great value and have a more meaningful place in our customer's lives."
Serino makes its clothes through a 1-7-5 method:
"1 yarn
We are obsessed with premium materials that do more with less, and last over time. The purity of utilizing one material demands obsessive attention to fit and detail, thus creating beauty in form. 7 styles
Our studio offers an edited selection of classic silhouettes—reimagined in wearable knit—that is both personal and perennial. These are the pieces you reach for every day, knowing that they will live with you and endure. 5 colors
By focusing on the five classic shades, we've created a palette that works every day, with everything. Color is a form of expression, and these neutrals speak elegantly and distinctively." The design method is so the brand can "create only what is necessary and do not embellish for the sake of convention."
Serino's West Village location will be open from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
You can find out more about Serino on its website.
