Press release from the City of Scottsdale: November 3, 2021 Scottsdale voters considered a single city issue in Nov. 2 Special Election by mail -- Prop. 463 asked voters whether to ratify the draft General Plan 2035 adopted by the City Council. Here are the unofficial results released by Maricopa County: Yes – 25,209 (53.60 %) No – 21,812 (46.40%) Ballots that were received in the mail earlier this week or on Election Day, along with ballots that were dropped off at voting locations on Election Day, will not be counted until later this week.  Nearly 1,700 ballots were dropped off at City Hall on Election Day.
