Overview: Since 2006, Prospect Home Finance has offered above and beyond mortgage origination services to borrowers. We pride ourselves on simplifying the home finance experience and offering exceptional customer service to our borrowers. Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversees building and grounds maintenance. • Oversees and manages custodial functions. • Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. • Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. • Oversees and supervises the quality of work of the facilities team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. • Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections to ensure building is up to OSHA and company safety standards and address any potential hazards that are found. • Checks quality of completed work by vendors and contractors. • Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical and facility design modifications. • Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees. • Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of each building. • Facilitates and identifies safety trainings for employees based off potential workplace hazards. • Create and implements an OSHA compliant safety manual. • Ensure that company is always following safety best practices by keeping up to date with new OSHA standards. • Works with Human Resources to ensure the company’s Illness and Injury Prevention Plan is implemented and maintained. • May require on-call work in certain circumstances after hours and/or on weekends. Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • BA in facility management, business, information management, or engineering • OSHA Certification • Experience with plumbing and electrical systems • Ability to communicate well with team members (written and verbal), professional demeanor & must be able to comply with confidential and sensitive information • Willingness to uphold company standards and core values. • Basic knowledge in Outook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce • Able to track tasks and projects in detail within a project management system (Wrike) • Abilitiy to multi-task, ability to change in a fast pace environment • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills • Ability to stand, walk, bend and sit for long periods of time. • Abilitiy to lift at least 50 Ibs.
