Full Job Description NSD Property management is seeking an experienced landscaper to join our team. We manage multiple apartment complexes within Vista and Oceanside area. General Job Duties: Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns Weeding and mulching landscape beds Trimming small trees, hedges, and shrubs Monitoring and maintaining plant health Monitor irrigation systems and make adjustments. Applying fertilizers and pesticides Qualifications: Legally able to work in the United States Must have a valid Drivers License (multiply locations) previous landscaping experience preferred Job Type: Full Time: Monday-Friday pay rate: $15 an hour Benefits: Paid time off Health Insurance Job Type: Full-time
