Riding program in Leander/Cedar Park looking for a part time contractor to provide management of the barn physical environment and equines. This include ensuring that the horses are healthy and sound, making veterinary and farrier appointments, conditioning horses, ensuring that repairs of the facility are done in a timely manner and that it stays clean and orderly. Must be an experienced rider and have at least 5 years of experience taking care of horses or managing in a busy riding program. Must be physically strong enough to carry hay and feed. Having a truck is a plus. We have very gentle horses and a positive therapeutic environment to work in. Please send your resume or a listing of your work experience. Work references will be required.
