Need electrician to reconnect vintage service entrance

Hi I have a cottage that was moved 25 years ago and never reconnected to electricity.. I need licensed electrician to be inspected/rebuild a service entrance (100A) from weatherhead to the load center. This would require pulling the noonen permit and sending it to excel so they can begin scheduling for an overhead connection. In the meantime the service entrance needs completion of an evaluated and upgraded where necessary. See pic....the power line pole is on left edge of pic
