dig and move dirt/sand

I am looking for round 4 hours digging labor. I am making sand pad (beach) by digging out a 9' by 12' pad (about 4 inches down), then leveling soil and finally filling with sand. The sand pile is on top of the hill. There are about 60 light wheel barrow loads of sand that needs to go down a 15 degree, 50 foot hill and then dumped on the pad. I have shovels and wheel barrows for 2. I estimate 2 people 45 minutes prepping target pad by digging down a few inches and leveling and another 75 minutes bringing the sand down, dumping and leveling. Will pay 100 cash. The weather looks promising for the next week, beginning Friday.
