Ultimate Steel Erection (USE) is seeking crew members to assist in constructing pre-engineered steel buildings. USE is a team company believing in providing great service and quality products for all they serve. Ultimate Steel Erection has completed jobs in agricultural, industrial, commercial, aviation and other sectors. The crew personnel are the backbone of every project. They work hard through all stages of the project, from standing the first piece of steel to tightening the last screw. Each member of the crew is a valued employee and an essential part of the team. We are located in Rexburg, ID. Although on occasion a project pulls us out of state. If working on a project that requires travel, Ultimate Steel offers transportation as well as compensation to their valued employees. Ultimate Steel provides full time, year round work with frequent overtime. Basic knowledge of construction practices (for example: tool recognition, use of various hand tools and power tools) are desired, but not necessary. USE provides training to employees eager to learn and grow within the company. Must be 18 years or older in good physical condition; able to lift 50+ pounds daily. USE is a drug free work environment and administers random UA testing frequently, as well as upon hire. Starting wage - $15.00/hr. Possible higher starting wage based on experience and/or work ethic.
