Need a reliable person for snow removal

I need a reliable person to shovel snow from in front of one-car garage, 8 ft. of sidewalk, stairs (16 steps), and narrow path along one side of the house to back door. This is for the entire winter and whenever there is 2" or more of snow. My neighborhood in West Boulder gets more snow that those to the east. Also because house faces north prompt removal of snow prevents ice from forming. I would be so grateful for some help this winter!
